Combine and mix all ingredients, except venison. Place venison in dish with sealable cover. Add Marinate and refrigerate for 24 hours, rotating meat or shaking container every couple of hours (when
convenient) to evenly distribute marinate. Place venison strips on wire rack placed on top of cookie sheet, or place them directly on oven rack with cookie sheet on rack below (to catch dripping marinate). Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, or until browned, turning once.
