Fried Snapper Recipe


4 Serving
Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 6 Minutes

Ingredients:

1 pound of snapper
1 egg
1 cup of milk
15 saltine crackers
1/2 cup of flour
Lemmon Pepper seasoning


Cover the meat with lemon & pepper seasoning, let sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut the meat into 1" by 2" strips. Crush the crackers very fine and add 1/2 cup of flour. Mix the 1 egg and 1 cup of milk, dip fish in the egg and milk and roll in crushed saltine cracker crumbs and flour. Cook in deep fryer for about 6 minutes at 400 degrees, or until it is floating.
