Honey Dijon Shark Steaks Recipe

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Honey
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 pounds Mako shark

Remove any skin and dark meat from your shark, and cut the steak into 4 roughly equal pieces.

In a bowl mix honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Roll the shark in the mixture until well covered, marinating works well also.

Over medium heat, sauté the shark in the vegetable oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook
