Honey Dijon Shark Steaks


Remove any skin and dark meat from your shark, and cut the steak into 4 roughly equal pieces.
In a bowl mix honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Roll the shark in the mixture until well covered, marinading works well also.
Over medium heat, saute the shark in the vegetable oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook
