This GIANT Alligator Gar was Caught by Donnie Ponder. It weighed 170 pounds and was almost 8' long. It was caught below the Dam at Caddo Lake Texas several years back, while fishin' for the big Flatheads. Donnie didn't know it at the time, but he was and probably still is an IGFA world record for 50 pound test line.
