JD Blevins of Buford, Georgia caught a huge brown trout from the Chattahoochee River (Abbott's-to-Medlock section, Atlanta area) on Sept. 4, 2009. This 16 lbs., 13 oz. fish was more than 32 inches long! He caught it using an Ultralight spinning rig, 8-pound test line and a sinking Rapala.
