Oklahoma Fatal Hunting Accidents

Below are a few of the fatal hunting accidents that have happened in Oklahoma.

 

  • 2005 - Coty Evans, 14, died after a shotgun his friend was carrying accidentally went off

  • 2004 - Keith Sallaska, 49, drowned when he tried to retrieve his boat that had drifted from shore while duck hunting.

  • 2004 - Allan Diggs, 19, died after he fell onto a hunting knife and severed the femoral artery in his leg.

  • 2003 - Blake Allan Auld-Gowdy, 13, weapon discharged as he was picking it up
