Pursuant to the
authority granted by Title 70, Tennessee Code Annotated, Section
70-1-206, the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Commission hereby
proclaims the
following areas to be added to the Royal Blue WMA, Proclamation
91-17:Those lands in Morgan and Scott Counties in Tennessee
managed by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, or lands leased
by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency as described below: A more
complete description for all may be found on file in the office of
Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency in Nashville, Tennessee.
Those tracts of land totaling 23,000 acres under perpetual
recreational easement to the State of Tennessee from Lyme, Inc.
Proclamation No. 07-18 received and recorded this 30th day of
October, 2007; to become effective the 30th day of November, 2007.
