Evins State Park is located on Center Hill Lake in Dekalb
County Tennessee. The 6,000 acre park is about 60
miles east of Nashville and offers a variety of
recreational opportunities.
Activities at Edgar Evins include hiking, swimming, fishing, picnic area and shelters, boat ramp,
marina, cabins, camping, play areas, and more.
There is a campground as well as rental cabins

Camping: Edgar Evins campground has 60
campsites that are available year round. Campsites
are available on a first come first serve basis. The
camping area has handicapped accessible campsites as
well as handicap accessible restroom. For handicap
access check out sites 40 and 41 across from
restroom #7(?). Sites are suitable for tent camping or up to a 30'
camper. Each site has a fire ring, water, table,
grill, and electric hook-ups. All sites have 20 and
30 amp service, and some also have 50 amp.
