Place rack 6"-7" from broiler. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place fillets in pan. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mustard on top of fillets, then sprinkle them with lemon peel. Broil for 5-7 minutes or until done. Mustard will become darker, but do not burn. Place fillets on plate with lemon and garnish with chives and pecans. |
