Broiled Mustard Catfish

4 Serving
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 5-10 Minutes


4 Thin Catfish Fillets
4 Lemon Wedges
2 Tablespoons chopped Chives
2-3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup pecan halves
1/2 Teaspoon lemon peel (spice)

Place rack 6"-7" from broiler. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Place fillets in pan. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mustard on top of fillets, then sprinkle them with lemon peel. Broil for 5-7 minutes or until done. Mustard will become darker, but do not burn. Place fillets on plate with lemon and garnish with chives and pecans.
