Guacamole

3 Avacados
2 Roma Tomatoes
2 or 3 small/medium Jalapenos
1/2 Lime
1/4 Red Onion
Salt to taste

Nacho Chips for serving

Sour Cream for serving

1) Peel and remove the seed from the avacado.

2) Cut the tomato into 1/4" chuncks

3) Remove the seeds from the Jalapenos and slice into tiny pieces.

4) Cut onion into 1/8" or smaller pieces

5) Put the avacado, tomato, jalapeno, and onion in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Cut together leaving as lumpy as you like. I prefer my guacamole nice and lumpy.

6) Squeeze in the juice from 1/2 a lime a mix a little bit more.
