Roma Tomato

I have a confession, I am not much of a tomato eater like my wife is. I love to eat cherry tomatoes, I could eat a quart of them just standing around the garden, but sliced tomatoes aren't really my thing. However, I do use and enjoy Roma tomatoes in a lot of the foods we make.
