Yellow Summer Squash

Yellow summer squash are one of the easiest and most bountiful veggies we grow in our garden here in region 7.

Tips For Growing Squash:

1) Squash plants are large and need about 4' to 5' between plants.

2) Squash all seem to come ripe at the same time. If you are eating them as they ripen it is hard to keep up with the number that can be produced. One thing you can do is stagger the planting of the seeds by about 5-7 days per plant.
