Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) manages 16 WMA's in 20 counties in north west Georgia.

  4. Cohutta WMA (Chattahoochee NF), (95,200 ac.)
  5. Coosawattee WMA, (9,500 ac.)
  6. Coosawattee Carters Lake Archery Area, (3,600 ac.)
  7. Crockford-Pigeon Mountain WMA, (16,400 ac.)
  8. Johns Mountain WMA (Chattahoochee NF), (24,000 ac.)
  9. J. L. Lester WMA, (500 ac.)
  10. McGraw Ford WMA, (2,400 ac)
  11. Otting WMA, (700 ac.)
  12. Paulding Forest WMA, (26,200 ac.)
  13. Pine Log WMA, (14,900 ac.)
  14. Rich Mountain WMA, (22,000 ac.)
  15. Sheffield WMA, (3,300 ac.)
