Georgia Wildlife Management Areas

Georgia hunters and outdoor enthusiasts are fortunate in that we have nearly 100 public access Wildlife Management Areas (WMA's) and Refuges available for hunting and other outdoor related activities.

These WMA's range in size from 200 acres to 95,000 acres.  The Georgia Department of Natural Resources (Georgia DNR) oversees these WMA's which are divided into seven regions.

We have some detailed information about various WMA's and we will continue to add additional WMA's as photos and other information become available.
