Trout LilyDirections to Cane Hollow:
From I-40 Knoxville/Nashville take exit #286 (Burgess Falls Rd/Willow Ave) in Cookeville and go South, following signs to Burgess Falls State Natural Area. Just before you get to Burgess Falls you cross a concrete bridge and you turn right just after crossing bridge to get to Burgess Falls. After turning right you travel maybe 100 yards and come to a stop sign, Burgess Falls is to the right, to get to Cane Hollow turn left at this stop sign. Continue down this road for several miles and pass an old cinder block country store and the road splits again with one fork going sharply to the right, take the right fork here. travel another mile and the road forks again, this time go to the right (straight) again. Go approximately 3 miles and you will see a gravel road that turns right. This road goes through a small creek and dead ends after about 1.5 at a large gravel parking area on the shores of Center Hill Lake.
