Maps At 256 feet, Fall
Creek Falls is the tallest waterfalls east of the Mississippi River. In the
winter picture above, you can see the second, smaller waterfall to the
right of the main waterfalls. A steep, well traveled hiking trail leads to
the bottom of the waterfalls.
There
are several other waterfalls located within the park. Those include
Piney falls, Fall Creek Falls, and
Rockhouse Creek Falls.
Fall Creek Falls State Park is located in Van Buren and Bledsoe Counties
in middle Tennessee. The park is open year round, but some services are
only offered on a seasonal basis.
