Brown Anole

Female shown in photo. The Brown Anole is common in Florida from Jacksonville south to the Keys. Spreading Westward along the Gulf of Mexico. It was introduced to the USA from Bahamas and Cuba in ornamental plants.

The male is much larger, up to 8 inches. Female up to 4 inches
