| Steve Makuakane-Jarrell
was 47 when he was checking on a report of vicious dogs when he confronted
a 30 year old transient, Eugene Frederick Boyce III who had 3 dogs. Boyce
grabbed Makuakane-Jarrell gun and shot him with it multiple times. Boyce
had a history of mental problems particularly when he was not taking his
medication.
